Why the 3-Day Package Exists And Who It Is For

The 3-day VVIP package (2 nights: 1 in Makkah, 1 in Madina) is designed exclusively for experienced pilgrims who have performed Umrah before and need to complete the rituals within a tight professional schedule senior executives, overseas Pakistanis with limited annual leave, or pilgrims making a repeat visit. For the 3-day package to work comfortably, you must already know the rituals well enough to perform them efficiently without guidance on timing and sequence. For first-time pilgrims or anyone wanting genuine time for extended worship and Ziyarat, we strongly recommend the 7-day minimum.

Haramain High-Speed Railway What It Is and How It Works

The Haramain High-Speed Railway connects Makkah and Madina at speeds up to 300km/h, covering the intercity journey in approximately 2 hours versus 4 5 hours by road. In the VVIP Platinum tier, this is included as standard your private vehicle takes you from your hotel to Al Rusaifah station in Makkah, the train journey is ticketed and arranged, and a vehicle meets you at Madinah Central station for the hotel transfer. For VIP, Luxury, and Standard tiers, the train is an optional add-on; WhatsApp us for current rail supplement pricing for your travel dates.

The train is particularly valuable for the 10-day and 15-day packages, where the road journey would consume a meaningful portion of a rest day. For the 3-day package it is almost essential saving 2 3 hours each way significantly changes the experience when you have only 48 hours total on the ground.

NUSUK App Riaz-ul-Jannah Appointment

Access to Riaz-ul-Jannah (the area between the Prophet's ﷺ tomb and his pulpit in Masjid an-Nabawi) requires a pre-booked appointment through the Saudi NUSUK platform. Pilgrims who arrive without a confirmed slot are turned away at the entrance this happens to Pakistani pilgrims regularly, and it is entirely avoidable with advance registration. Haram View Rooms Availability and How to Secure One

Haram view rooms at Dar Al Tawhid Intercontinental and Fairmont Clock Tower available only in the VVIP Platinum tier offer a direct view of the Kaaba from your hotel window. These are available exclusively on double bed occupancy; no triple or quad Haram view configuration exists at either property. They carry a significant additional premium above the standard VVIP package price and must be requested and confirmed at the time of initial booking. Madinah First Arrival Which Pilgrims Should Choose It

Madinah First means your flight arrives at Madina airport and you visit Masjid an-Nabawi and complete Ziyarat before traveling to Makkah to enter Ihram and perform Umrah. It is a good choice for elderly pilgrims (Makkah during peak prayer hours is more physically demanding than Madina), first-time pilgrims who want to arrive in a calm environment before the intensity of Haram, and pilgrims whose flights route more conveniently through Madina. The Makkah First routing arrives in Jeddah and proceeds directly to Makkah to enter Ihram preferred by pilgrims who want to complete the Umrah obligation first and then rest in Madina. Our equivalent VVIP 7-day double starts from PKR 273,000. The gap exists for three reasons: we separate airfare (they include ground costs only, as do we, but their Half Board meal costing is higher), our volume of hotel block bookings reduces per-room costs, and we are a direct booking agent with offices in Pakistan rather than a reseller adding a margin layer. What does Half Board mean in the VVIP Platinum package?

Half Board means breakfast and dinner are included at your hotel in both Makkah and Madina. Lunch is not included most VVIP pilgrims are in Haram during the middle of the day and either fast between prayers or purchase from restaurants immediately adjacent to the mosque. VIP Premium, 5-Star Luxury, and 5-Star Standard tiers are Bed and Breakfast only breakfast included, both lunch and dinner self-arranged.

Is a 3-day or 5-day package really long enough for Umrah?

3 days (2 nights) is genuinely viable only for experienced repeat pilgrims who are comfortable performing Tawaf, Sa'i, and the remaining rituals within a tight schedule. 5 days (4 nights) is considerably more manageable enough for Umrah rituals, a NUSUK Riaz-ul-Jannah visit, and Ziyarat in both cities at a reasonable pace. For first-time pilgrims, elderly travelers, or families, we recommend 7 days as the minimum comfortable duration.

Can I get a Haram view room on any package?

Haram view rooms are available only in the VVIP Platinum tier, at Dar Al Tawhid Intercontinental and Fairmont Clock Tower, on double bed occupancy only. Each departure city has different airfare pricing, confirmed at the time of booking based on your specific travel dates.

Can I choose specific hotels within a tier, or am I assigned what's available?

Yes for each tier, we show the full menu of hotel pairings in the pricing table. You can request a specific pairing at booking; we confirm availability and price for that specific combination. If the requested pairing is unavailable, we offer the closest equivalent within the same tier. All confirmed hotel names are documented in your booking confirmation not described generically as "hotel near Haram."
