1. Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your Umrah package booking, with the balance due according to the payment schedule confirmed at the time of booking, typically 2-3 weeks before departure. Specific deposit amounts and balance due dates will be provided in writing as part of your booking confirmation.

2. Visa Processing

While we process Umrah visa applications with care and accuracy, final visa approval rests with Saudi authorities. We are not responsible for visa delays or rejections resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the applicant, though we will support resubmission where possible.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation policies depend on the stage of booking at the time of cancellation, including whether visa processing, flight booking, or hotel reservation has already been confirmed. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We recommend notifying us as early as possible of any change in plans to minimize potential cost impact.

4. Travel Documentation Responsibility

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure passport validity (minimum 8 months from travel date), accurate personal information provided during booking, and compliance with any health or vaccination requirements communicated to them.

5. Hotel and Flight Changes

While we make every effort to confirm and maintain booked hotel and flight arrangements, changes occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control (airline schedule changes, hotel circumstances, etc.). In such cases, we will work to secure comparable or superior alternative arrangements and communicate any changes promptly.

6. Conduct During Travel

Pilgrims are expected to comply with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations throughout their stay, as well as standard conduct expectations around the Holy Mosques. We are not liable for consequences arising from a traveler's failure to comply with these requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care in selecting hotels, transport providers, and other service partners, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, government policy changes, or third-party service provider issues.
