The entire process is 100% remote you do not need to visit our Pakistan offices or travel to Pakistan to arrange your Umrah package from abroad.

3. You send documents digitally (passport scan, residence permit, photographs)
4. We confirm your hotel booking in Makkah and Madina (required before visa under 2026 policy)
5. Your passport is couriered to us via DHL or FedEx visa stamped returned to your address
6. We coordinate your flights from your departure city and provide full pre-departure briefing
7. Our team meets you at Jeddah or Madina airport on arrival

Visa Documentation for Overseas Pakistani Pilgrims

All overseas Pakistani pilgrims require an Umrah visa on their Pakistani passport your foreign residence permit or citizenship does not substitute for this. Documentation required:

• Passport valid for at least 6 months on entry to Saudi Arabia, with blank pages as required by the selected visa route
• Proof of residence in your current country (BRP for UK, iqama/Emirates ID for UAE, Schengen permit for Europe, PR card for Canada, US visa/green card for USA)
• 4 photographs, 4×6cm, light blue background, no border (ladies with hijab or scarf)
• Meningococcal (ACYW135) vaccination certificate mandatory for all pilgrims
• Polio vaccination certificate mandatory for Pakistani passport holders
• Confirmed hotel booking in Makkah and Madina (included in our packages)
• NICOP if available (helpful but not mandatory)

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I book Umrah from abroad without visiting Pakistan?

Yes the entire process is remote. Documents are submitted digitally, your passport is couriered to us for visa stamping and returned to your overseas address via tracked international courier (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent). Our Pakistan offices handle all coordination with the Embassy and hotel partners.

Do I need a Pakistani passport or can I use my foreign passport?

You may use a Pakistani passport or another passport eligible for the relevant Saudi visa route. British, American, Canadian and other eligible nationals should apply and travel using the same passport. If your Pakistani passport has expired, it must be renewed before Umrah arrangements can be completed. We can advise on urgent renewal options where applicable.

Which country has the cheapest Umrah packages?

UAE and Gulf-based Pakistanis pay the least overall because airfare from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah to Jeddah is extremely competitive budget carriers like Air Arabia and FlyNas operate the 1.5-hour route at low fares. Our UAE packages start from PKR 108,000 excluding airfare. UK is next most affordable for package cost, with direct Saudia flights to Jeddah at reasonable fares.

How long does the passport courier process take?

Once documents are complete and received by us, visa processing takes 7 to 15 working days. International courier return to your overseas address typically adds 3 5 business days. Total passport-out period: approximately 3 weeks. We recommend starting the process at least 4 6 weeks before your intended travel date, and 8 10 weeks for Ramadan or December travel.

Can I combine Umrah with a Pakistan family visit using an open-jaw ticket?

Yes this is very popular, particularly for UK, USA, and Canada-based Pakistanis. An open-jaw ticket routes you London/New York/Toronto to Jeddah, and then returns Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi to London/New York/Toronto after your Pakistan visit. We coordinate this routing as part of the package. UAE-based pilgrims can do the reverse.
