There's no obligation at the quote stage; many pilgrims compare two or three different configurations (for example, a 10-day vs 14-day option, or two different hotel tiers) before deciding what fits best.

Some of the most frequent customization requests include splitting time differently between Makkah and Madina than our standard 50/50 packages (some pilgrims prefer more days in Makkah, others in Madina), arranging a stopover in another country en route, combining Umrah travel for a larger extended family where some members want 5-star comfort and others prefer economy pricing within the same overall trip, and adjusting departure and return dates around a specific personal event like a family wedding or an upcoming work commitment.

In reality, a customized package can be more affordable than a standard package if your specific needs are simpler than what's included in our fixed tiers for example, skipping included Ziyarat tours you don't need, or choosing a duration that's shorter than our standard offerings. Pricing is calculated transparently based on exactly what you select, not a fixed premium markup for the customization itself.

We also handle customized arrangements for pilgrims with specific medical needs (such as requiring ground-floor or wheelchair-accessible rooms), dietary restrictions beyond standard halal catering, or those traveling for Umrah combined with a medical visit to Saudi Arabia.
