Muzdalifah is an open plain between Arafat and Mina where Hajj pilgrims spend the night of the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah after the standing at Arafat, gathering pebbles for the Jamarat.

No. Staying at Muzdalifah is a rite of Hajj, performed on the night after Arafat. Umrah does not include Muzdalifah, but pilgrims often learn about it to understand the full pilgrimage.
After the standing at Arafat, Hajj pilgrims travel to Muzdalifah, combine Maghrib and Isha prayers, rest overnight in the open, gather pebbles for the Jamarat, and make du'a at dawn near Al-Mash'ar al-Haram.
